today I wanted to share with you a quick and simple breathing technique. In just a few seconds you will feel more awake and alive again. The technique is short, so this post won’t take long at all either
Put yourself in a relaxed position, wether your lying on the couch, sitting in a chair or just standing outside. When your body is relaxed, take a deep breath. Hold this breath and after a second or two, without exhaling, inhale again, as much as possible. A few seconds later, you still don’t exhale, but you inhale as much air as you can again. Your lungs should be filled completely right now. Hold your breath for a few seconds, then exhale. After this you should feel completely relaxed, but also with more energy.
This is a simple technique, others will be shared in the future. Just 3 inhalations and after that you exhale. I hope it helps you on days you’re feeling a bit down!
